A: Standard MOQ is 500pcs per SKU. For custom orders with logo/color changes, MOQ is 1000pcs. We accept mixed orders across different SKUs to help you meet minimums.

Q: How long does production take?

A: Standard products: 25-35 days. Custom orders: 35-45 days (includes mold development). Samples: 7-10 days. Rush production available for urgent orders.

Q: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes! Sample fees apply ($50-200 depending on product) but are fully refundable on orders over 5,000pcs. Sample lead time is 7-10 days.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For orders over 10 containers, we offer 70% against B/L copy. Established clients may qualify for LC terms.

Q: Do you provide product photography?

A: Yes! We provide white-background product photos (20-30 images) free with orders over $10,000. Lifestyle photography and 3D renders available at cost.

Q: What if I receive defective products?

A: We guarantee <3% defect rate. If defects exceed 3%, we send free replacements with your next order or issue a credit note. Critical quality issues: air freight replacement at our cost.

Q: Can you ship to multiple locations?

A: Yes! We regularly ship to multiple properties for hotel chains and retail chains. Consolidated invoicing available. We can also coordinate with your 3PL warehouse.
